Everyone very courteous and professional at this dealership. They get the job done and usually I wait where the wait area is clean and stocked with snacks , water, or coffee.

difficult to get an appointment invoice stated that the car was washed and vacuumed (neither was done, received a car wash coupon) this is what I can tolerate from Kia but not a premium brand

Easy, effortless service. Would prefer not to have to take extra step for car cleaning. Also , frequently a lengthy wait for a loaner which I sometimes require, Otherwise, primo service.
