difficult to get an appointment invoice stated that the car was washed and vacuumed (neither was done, received a car wash coupon) this is what I can tolerate from Kia but not a premium brand

Easy, effortless service. Would prefer not to have to take extra step for car cleaning. Also , frequently a lengthy wait for a loaner which I sometimes require, Otherwise, primo service.

James was very helpful and did a great job taking care of us. There was an issuer with something but the dealership said that they would cover it so I am pleased overall with the dealership.
