Everyone is friendly and the facility is very clean. They were able to get me in quickly for my service and accommodate my scheduling needs. They completed oil change, full inspection and replaced 2 tires. We declined alignment as the price is very high compared to previous alignments I’ve had done elsewhere. Maeve kept me update throughout and the vehicle was ready when promised. It was clean inside and out upon pick up.

Maeve was on top of her game, Her communication skills are outstanding. Made me feel I was the only one she was working with all day, when I knew that was far from true. She's a professional. Your service staff got to the cause of my handling problem with my just purchased X3 and corrected it. Drive home felt like a different, and much better car. Very easy to schedule and obtain a loaner. Work done on time and nice to get a clean car back. Also appreciate getting the car inspected after the brakes service.

No problems for yearly oil change. Courteous service. Car wash is always nice and vehicle overall inspection helpful. I did miss the coffee however while waiting.
