Excellent service! Tim Muldoon was professional, providing us with explanations of our new BMW 3M and BMW X2 features and options. The manager gave us good trade-in values for both our Honda CRV (2017) and BMWX1 (2013). We've purchased two other BMW'S from this dealership in the past, and we've always been pleased.

The only person I dealt with personally was Maeve Maher and I found her to be very professional, friendly, and efficient. Earlier, I spoke with Corey on the phone and he was very helpful as well. The service performed on my BMW was excellent.

I had a pretty simple issue, I needed new batteries in a couple of BMW remotes. I was in and out in under ten minutes, so that was delightful. Even better, I had been led to expect that there'd be a $10 charge for the new batteries because I didn't buy the car involved from BMWCC. But when I got ready to pay, Maeve told me there was no charge. We've all had experiences where simple matters become complicated, so it can be joy-inducing when simple matters remain simple.

The service took twice as long as stated & I realized when I left 1 function was overlooked. It was too far to drive back to the dealership.
