Maeve did a great job job from my drop off to getting the work finished on time. She is obviously well organized and very professional. I used to work with Rebecca Mayer and was sad to hear she is no longer with you, but Maeve was also a pleasure to work with. Also enjoyed the post service video.

Very pleased with last visit for repair of BMW 2020 X5. Everyone very courteous. Was pleasantly surprised that they washed my wifes car and vacuumed. Was a mess inside due the X-mass tree she just picked up. Enjoy going there.

Great experience with Corey, who went the extra mile to help me with a key battery that had died and who personally reset my service and inspection indicator messages while I waited in the drop-off bay. I also want to thank Myles for sending one of the technicians to my house over the summer when I tried to change a tire on my own but realized midway through that I couldn't do it!

Everyone is friendly and the facility is very clean. They were able to get me in quickly for my service and accommodate my scheduling needs. They completed oil change, full inspection and replaced 2 tires. We declined alignment as the price is very high compared to previous alignments I’ve had done elsewhere. Maeve kept me update throughout and the vehicle was ready when promised. It was clean inside and out upon pick up.

Maeve was on top of her game, Her communication skills are outstanding. Made me feel I was the only one she was working with all day, when I knew that was far from true. She's a professional. Your service staff got to the cause of my handling problem with my just purchased X3 and corrected it. Drive home felt like a different, and much better car.
