I am always treated courteously and professionally when at BMW of Cape Cod. My service advisor, Al Erdos, listened closely to my concerns and followed up on them. When the vehicle was ready, we discussed possible future follow-ups. They were so thorough that they washed my car and gave it back looking better than when I brought it in. The dealership is reflects the quality of the product they sell. It is beautifully designed and welcoming. The staff members generally are polite, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile (so to speak) to make the customer experience pleasant. Great service. Super nice to deal with, great communication, and very accommodating. I don't live near this dealership, so I didn't purchase my car there, - that had zero impact on their quality of service. The dealership that I do use has a very high service bar (granted, I have purchased a dozen or so BMWs from them), I would put BMW of Cape Cod in that highest echelon of service category also. Exceptional experience!
