BMW was kind to send a gentleman with the loaner car out to swap cars while the problem was figured out. I received a prompt call when it was figured out. They repaired it in an expedient manner with the kindest of assistance.

My husband and I are not new to BMW of Cape Cod. Tim Muldoon is our “go to” guy and we have never been disappointed. My newest purchase is that of my ultimate dream car. I never thought in a million years I would be driving a 7 series sedan. And I am! The most beautiful and wonderful automobile I have ever had the privilege of driving. Great service experience. Quick appointment setting for a one year check up. Car was serviced quickly and returned clean and vacuumed. Corey took the extra step of a final disinfecting!
