Scheduling was easy and loved that loaner car was available for me to use while car was being serviced. Dealership followed Covid safety guidelines too.

My husband and I are not new to BMW of Cape Cod. Tim Muldoon is our “go to” guy and we have never been disappointed. My newest purchase is that of my ultimate dream car. Great service experience. Quick appointment setting for a one year check up. Car was serviced quickly and returned clean and vacuumed. Corey took the extra step of a final disinfecting!

I am always treated courteously and professionally when at BMW of Cape Cod. My service advisor, Al Erdos, listened closely to my concerns and followed up on them. When the vehicle was ready, we discussed possible future follow-ups. They were so thorough that they washed my car and gave it back looking better than when I brought it in.
