Excellent dealership Their sales and service departments are very professional and accommodating. Service was completed in less than estimated time. Safety measures were appropriate for Covid 19 environment. I also met with James about leasing another X3. We have worked with him for years and his service is always top notch.

Professional Service Got me in and out in the middle of a pandemic at a fair price. Couldn't ask for more. Myles' customer service was impeccable. I've been there twice for service and had no issues.

Handled a difficult problem well I had my old BMW delivered from Nantucket to this dealership to have an electrical problem fixed. The service department found that the car needed much more work than made sense to do. When I decided to just scrap the car, the sales team took title, arranged for a salvage company to come get it, disposed of the vehicle, and offered my a $500 discount on any car I chose to purchase, even though they made virtually nothing on the service visit.
