Nail in tire The work done was great but tire too expensive and the car was there all weekend and I was out of a car and no one offered me one they also did a oil changed but I didn’t drive it much for I was a way for the winter

Service experience made easy! From dropping my vehicle to the service area, to picking it up when it was ready was an extremely stress free experience! Maeve was friendly, professional and efficient. I waited for 90 minutes in the dealership for my car to be serviced. Nothing unusual with that experience. However, during that time, I saw most of the employees not wearing masks. It would be one thing to not wear them when talking with other employees but this was employees talking to customers. The customers were wearing masks. Highly irresponsible makes me not concerned about driving the extra hour to another BMW dealership.

Wonderful service as always. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very unhappy with my call 1 month later asking for $50 deductible. Understand a mistake was made and up to me to pay. Very unhappy with how it was handled by Myles

Great Place to Buy Your Car Saw the dealer ratings were good so visited the dealership to begin the process of buying a new car. Sales process was transparent and responsive but not high pressure. Questions were answered forthrightly and sales person helped us navigate the numerous (and often overlapping) accessories and packages so we are able to acquire the car with the features that we value.
