2 Recalls Had 2 recalls performed. Dropped the car off Sunday night, but the car wasn't ready until Thursday. Thought that was a bit lengthy, hence the 4 stars rather than 5.

If only service could run like sales! Sales, especially James, is a model for any customer service organization: responsive, proactive, warmly genuine, efficient, and did I say responsive? Service is unfortunately challenging. We dread calling in, getting a loaner, being treated genuinely and not a number, getting responses after leaving messages. It is most frustrating. Sales is five stars plus. Service is a struggle. We are not new to BMW. We have seen more efficiency with service in the past. But the last couple of years ... read more
