"Premier" service experience with BMW of Cape Cod I typically fill out survey's like this by answering the minimum required questions without leaving a review. For this survey, I must commend the service staff at BMW of Cape Cod for an outstanding experience with my 2016 X3. I needed a new battery for my remote key. They were very courteous and quick. Myles even walked out to my car to deliver it.
Not very efficent I made appointments for 2 cars at 10 am on the same day assuming they would be worked on at the same time (efficient). Service worked on them one at a time. If they knew that in advance we could have worked on one car then brought the other in (efficient). In stead one can was returned one on the day then the next one the following day (inefficient). Additionally, one item that required repair wasn't fixed which will require an additional appointment (inefficient).
two visits first visit to pick u[p objects saved by bmw staff from my prior car and concurrently to arrange service and loaner for my current. second visit as emergency for servicing replacement flat tire. Also at that visit met with sales staff who assisted me in planning for my next vehicle. Excellent experience James Carbonell and everyone I worked with at Premier we’re very professional and helpful. They listened well and met all of my needs. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to purchase or lease a car.
