I contacted the dealership to have a check engine light addressed. The service department let me know that they could work my vehicle in pretty much any day that week if I could drop off for the whole day. 2 days later I had dropped the vehicle and was pleasantly surprised to hear that the issue was covered under an extended warranty. I picked up my freshly washed and serviced vehicle later that day. Always a great experience bringing my vehicle here for service!

Prompt service Even though a number of additional items needed to be taken care of (in addition to the regularly scheduled service items), such as some computer glitches and State Inspection, the vehicle was ready on time as promised. Great service!

Too easy I looked at the car online left a message because it was after closing. Ben called the next morning and asked if I would like to take it for a drive They let me have the car for a couple of hours to bring it back to home so my wife could see it. We have purchased 3 cars from Premier oops 4 and all have been very smooth and absolutely no pressure. For the little Service we have needed it has always been perfect. So if you are thinking BMW check them out first. Good job to the whole team. John

Tim is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I called the morning of and he had vehicles ready for me to test drive an hour later. Got everything set up and I came back the next day to sign everything and was in and out in an hour. Tim is knowledgeable, answered many text messages, and continues to stay in touch.
