Regular service My trip to BMW was for a regular service appointment. Maeve did a great job checking me in and telling what services were offered. I was called when the car was ready and the entire experience was safe and easy.

A little disappointing with customer service. No calls when they said they would - twice. Had to call to get status of vehicle. Got a text saying they’d text and they never did.

AC service Car brought in for AC service and recall. Drop off was easy, efficient. Pick up was arranged for after hours and as expected. Given covid requirements, was minimal inconvenience with masks.
