Excellent follow through on complicated repair job I am very pleased with the repair work that was done on my BMW convertible. It required a complex repair to the hard-top. Corey German was the Service Manager on my repair. He kept me abreast of how things were coming along from beginning to end, and he was very helpful & professional throughout. i3 service Brought i3 purchased at bmw of cc in for first service. Communication was excellent. Service was easy except for the fact that my car had not been vacuumed in a while due to a very busy spring. Forgetting that I owned a bmw and the level of service that goes along with it, the crew at bmw of cc took on the large task of removing the clam shell driveway from my floor mats along with everything else! Slightly embarrassed and entirely impressed!

Excellent dealership Their sales and service departments are very professional and accommodating. Service was completed in less than estimated time. Safety measures were appropriate for Covid 19 environment. I also met with James about leasing another X3. We have worked with him for years and his service is always top notch.

Professional Service Got me in and out in the middle of a pandemic at a fair price. Couldn't ask for more. Myles' customer service was impeccable. I've been there twice for service and had no issues.
