Usual Great Service BMW of Cape Cod runs an extraordinary operation. It's clean as a whistle and efficient. Our Service advisor, Corey, was super attentive and helpful. We have never had a bad experience at this dealership.

Set ice was good and friendly. However, it is extremely frustrating that we had to buy a new tire because the is no warranty on factory installed run flat tires. Spending nearly $300 is nothing to sneeze at. Tire companies and BNW fall way short in thi category.

Service was excellent. They gave me a loaner (which was unexpected). Corey was great to deal with. Took care of all the issues. Love that they wash and vacuum your car every time!

BMW of Cape Cod is #1 in my Book In late March my husband and I purchased our 3rd X5. We went in to see our go to sale associate, Tim Muldoon, just to take a look and within the next three hours went home with our brand new 2020 X5. They did a good job with physical distancing and getting my car serviced in record time. Waiting area was very quiet! Returned a freshly vacuumed car to me.
Maintenance During this time of social distancing, some normal tasks were made easier by the Premier group. Very clean and easy to work-from-shop while my car was being serviced
The service department was excellent as well as my service advisor Myles Leavitt. Given the state of the economy it was very easy doing business with the dealership.
