Professional Staff My wife and I were very pleased with the four individuals who dealt with our vehicle purchase. Ben was very helpful and informative; Jesse dealt with everything related to the car’s operation in a friendly yet professional manner. Bela as very welcoming both days we had occasion to visit and Richard handled the sale and finances very competently while explaining all facets of the procedures.

Went in for a regular oil change... I liked that BMW notified us that is was time and it was relatively easy to get an appointment. I will say, however, each time we have brought the vehicle in, there were recall notices that were taken care of. While this is not a criticism of the service department, it is of great concern to us that maybe we chose the wrong car. We've had it for a year now and between mechanical issues and recalls, we've been in four times..... that's way more than we ever experienced with our Mercedes C30... read more

Review Phone service was excellent. Thank you Kennedy! Personal interaction a bit cold. I'm not sure who I dealt with regarding paperwork. I think it was Nicholas. Although my bill stated that the car was washed and vacuumed, it was not, which was an unwelcome surprise.
Purchased a used late model Porsche 911 Turbo S cabriolet Great service .I would certainly purchase from this dealership again .Joe and Richard were very professional people . Very friendly .This was a expensive car ,I bought it and very happy with my purchase .of course trust in this case was very important to me .
