James Carbonell was terrific with my lease buyout!! The car had an open Recall that needed to resolved before the purchase. James coordinated everything from repair to financing making the experience very easy.

Kennedy was great. I was apprehensive about having my car serviced during the covid19 pandemic. As soon as I arrived, Kennedy described to me all the precautions he was taking to be certain both he and I were safe. He made me very comfortable. He was very efficient, answered my questions professionally and made certain everything I requested was done. He is a valuable addition to the staff at BMW.

Very pleasant and non pushy Joe Martin was a delight to work with and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. There were several back and forths regarding details of the cars build and there wasn't ever an apparent issue for Joe. Once the car was ready for pick up, again the process was clean, quick and Jamie was agin a pleasure to work with. Extremely patient and helpful outlining the cars features!
