Too easy I looked at the car online left a message because it was after closing. Ben called the next morning and asked if I would like to take it for a drive They let me have the car for a couple of hours to bring it back to home so my wife could see it. We have purchased 3 cars from Premier oops 4 and all have been very smooth and absolutely no pressure. For the little Service we have needed it has always been perfect. So if you are thinking BMW check them out first. Good job to the whole team. John

You asked me for my review, here it is I had just purchased the car from your dealer approximately 2 or 3 weeks before my service appointment. In that time I found the right tire was rubbing on the inside fender well cover whenever I made a fairly tight turn. Also that one of the trunk cargo tie down grommets was missing. The last item is the radio looses reception. Its terrible. Not so bad on the highway but locally around town its like I'm driving with an old AM radio from the 70s. My car was promptly received at my scheduled drop off time. My service coordinator, Cory, reviewed my services to be performed. When i returned for the vehicle all services were performed and the car was clean.

Tim is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I called the morning of and he had vehicles ready for me to test drive an hour later. Got everything set up and I came back the next day to sign everything and was in and out in an hour. Tim is knowledgeable, answered many text messages, and continues to stay in touch.
