In these days of COVID-19, BMW Cape Cod made me feel very comfortable with the service of my vehicle. They limited the number of customers allowed to check in to a scheduled appointment and a practice would appear to be proper safety and distancing procedures

Online purchase Unfortunately, I started this online purchase just as the COVID 19 Pandemic was accelerating in the U.S. I had a specific BMW model in mind, and found it at at this dealership. The sales process went about a smoothly as i could have hoped for my first purchase of a car online. Joe Martin was great to work with. Usual Great Service BMW of Cape Cod runs an extraordinary operation. It's clean as a whistle and efficient. Our Service advisor, Corey, was super attentive and helpful. We have never had a bad experience at this dealership.

Set ice was good and friendly. However, it is extremely frustrating that we had to buy a new tire because the is no warranty on factory installed run flat tires. Spending nearly $300 is nothing to sneeze at. Tire companies and BNW fall way short in thi category.

Service was excellent. They gave me a loaner (which was unexpected). Corey was great to deal with. Took care of all the issues. Love that they wash and vacuum your car every time!
