Had occasion to bring in my 328 I for service and to address one recall issues service was conducted in a timely manner I was disappointed when told my service light was on an it would be $150 to diagnose the problem the day after brought my car to my local mechanic he put the vehicle on his computer for FREE then asked if I stored the vehicle for the winter to which I said I did he explained to me that most likely the battery ran low and tripped several service markers he reset the service light and asked that I return so h... read more

Repairs needed A 'drive train malfunction" light brought me to BMW service. I was given an estimate of $10,500 in repairs. This included $5,100 in a timing chain repair. The extended warranty I purchased does not cover the Turbocharge but would cover the timing chain. The warranty would only cover the timing chain if it actually broke, not because it was showing signs of failure. Did not disclose windshield issue I recently bought a 2014 BMW 650ix 36,000 miles I am in California, so I had to go by the pictures and the verbal representations made by the sales agent, Tim Muldoon. Tim was very polite and responsive through the purchase process. However, the car arrived coated in mud, sand and salt, which I immediately brought to Tim's attention. They did a good job with physical distancing and getting my car serviced in record time. Waiting area was very quiet! Returned a freshly vacuumed car to me.
Maintenance During this time of social distancing, some normal tasks were made easier by the Premier group. Very clean and easy to work-from-shop while my car was being serviced
The service department was excellent as well as my service advisor Myles Leavitt. Given the state of the economy it was very easy doing business with the dealership.
