Had the engine light that came on. Because of the situation with the covid 19 I became more anxious about something being wrong with my car and wanting to get it attended to as soon as possible because we don't know day to day what is happening. Although they couldn't schedule me on the day I called, they got me in in 2 days and all was attended to, the work completed, they provided a loaner car. All was done well.

Kennedy was extremely courteous and helpful during my visit. He had my car cleaned and wiped down with disinfectant which was great! The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Best dealership ever!

This BMW dealership is truly in a league of their own!! State of the art facilities and the cars are immaculate. This dealership exemplifies what “other” BMW dealers should aspire to be!!! Ben made this purchase fast and smooth with very limited resources since all of the new social distancing measures have taken effect. Disappointing service visit, usually no complaints. Poor communication. Dropped my car off early for a 9 am appointment. No updates all day. Took two text messages and a voice mail before I got a call that the car would be ready at 3:40. When I arrived the first thing I was asked to do was sign, without any explanation of what had been done. Will request another service advisor next time
