Easy to do Business With Ben made our experience buying a new car very pleasant and easy. No pressure. Very knowledgeable. Patient answering a lot of questions. Worked with us on our trade-ins. After the purchase, Paul was excellent in helping us understand the operating systems and going through pre-sets.

Why I come back Two weeks ago my power train malfunction alert came on. I had my X3 towed to BMW of Cape Cod and that afternoon I was sent a video from the tech showing me the issues and explaining them as he pointed them out. After going thru the estimate with Maeve I asked her to also give this information to Tim in sales and have him contact me.
