Quick Service Thank you for helping us in this unprecedented time! We were called back right away and given a loaner car while the car was being serviced.
less than helpful for a lease return I have purchased several cars from you through out the years. Returning a lease I was note helped and the guys there just criticized my insurance company and the other salesman I worked with on a new purchase at another dealer. Myles is a great asset to your company. There is not enough I can say about how good he is and I will really miss him.

Recall on a part in the air bag system I was glad that the service department was open and able to get me scheduled rather quickly despite the fact we are in the 'shelter in place' for COVID19. That being said, I was the only customer in the dealership at the time, It was a pleasant experience but would have been nicer to see the dealership open and fully operational.
Great communication. Honest. Very organized. I bought a car during the Covid-19 pandemic. The salesperson and business manager respected my time and social distancing.

Have not heard back from Kyle regarding my question. I have sent two messages regarding problem with Bluetooth system in BMW 326XI. It couses system to constantly reboot.
