Our BMW Family just grew! A few weeks ago my daughter decided it was time for a new car. I immediately told her to come home to the Cape and I would go with her to BMW of Cape Cod and introduce her to the finest dealership around. The way it should be! On Friday, September 13, 2019, my husband, Paul and myself walked into BMW of Cape Cod, we could feel the professional and stress free atmosphere. We were greeted by Darren (very pleasant), who introduced us to Tim Muldoon, who was informative, straight forward, pulled no punches and so very pleasant to work with. Pleasant, no pressure buying experience We worked with Joe Martin who is very nice and very professional. He let us drive the X1 on our own, and helped us by looking at both new and pre-ownef inventory. The car we chose had a recall pending, but they expedited the repair and went the extra mile to get the car registerrd in CO. Ruchard in finance was also very easy to work with and explained all the options clearly.

Simple. Very Professional Team approach. Joe Martin and I met briefly while I was having my 2014 X3 serviced. I was casually looking in the showroom. No pressure. He suggested I take time and see if I wanted to trade the vehicle. Almost simultaneously he reached out to me just as I was going to reach out to him. Eventually found the car I wanted to a T.
