Easy Process I was interested in purchasing an X1 and had previously visited this dealership in the past. I email Tim Muldoon inquiring about availability. He promptly responded the next morning through email and a phone call. Within a day I scheduled an appointment to see the X1 I was interested in. Great I first saw my car online and knew it was the perfect one. Unfortunately I live over 100 miles away from the dealership. I contacted the online service and got a phone call right away from Ben Whitney. He told me all about the car I was looking at online. Excellent experience all the way around. Another Fabulous Experience at BMW of Cape Cod I just left BMW of Cape Cod with my brand new 2019 430ix convertible. Great first experience! I was very pleased with the service here. Tim was very attentive and patient, but not pushy! I also appreciated the fact that he took me seriously. Richard was very helpful in the contract process and made amendments as requested. Brandon was very enthusiastic and pleasant to deal with as well. Overall, very positive experience.
