Great Experience I was down there looking for a new vehicle. I had spoken to Joe Martin on the phone the previous day, got there at about 9am, we took a test drive in the vehicle I had wanted to see, then I ended up looking at a few others but in the end, decided on the initial car. Got a fair price for my trade in and was on my way once I said I wanted the car in under an hour. The buying process was easy and the car is sick! Highly recommend them they have a ton of vehicles on location so you have a lot to look at.

A sale almost lost from the beginning First I want to acknowledge Joe Martin for the wonderful job he did saving this sale. He is a consummate professional and made us feel very comfortable after a less than professional start with another advisor. We came into your dealership looking to decide between an X3 and an X5. Great Experience James was great from start to finish. Listened to what I was looking for and made sure I could test drive any of the cars I was looking for. He also did a great job explaining the options in each of the cars I was looking at. Paul gave me a very good overview of the car I chose and what I could do with it. Finally Richard was great as well in the finalization of the process.

Expectations Exceeded Ben really listened to our needs. He gave us his personal cell phone number so that we could communicate with him at our convenience. The car was purchased and delivered the next day. I then set up an appointment to meet with Darren, a BMW Genius, who took his time to explain every feature and detail of the interior and exterior features of this very “techy” car. I loved working with both of these people, and without hesitation would buy another car from them in a heartbeat.
