It just doesn't get any better I had spoke with James several times to make sure thing would go as smoothly as possible (yeah right). We flew into Province RI where Francis was waiting. Francis was wonderful, lots of stories, area history and pointing out sights worth seeing. When we got to BMW of Cape Cod the car was waiting for our inspection and Darren detailed it's features and how to use them. A Great Experience I could not have been more pleased with my experience at BMW of Cale Cod. Everyone there is very pleasant and helpful. James Carbonell was just terrific. He was knowledgeable and accommodating in helping with my purchase of the 2016 X3. Paul Capparella was both very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the features of the X3, which was great. Richard Harrington made the financial end of things a breeze.

Great Service! I came to BMW of Cape Cod between jobs, to buy a new car. My busy schedule only allowed me a few hours to get through the whole buying process. I was met with only exceptional service, from Sales to the Genius department . The entire experience was low key, no pressure and none of the "what will it take to buy the car today" .Frankly the entire experience was very refreshing as I was dreading the usual car buying antics.
