Great Service! I came to BMW of Cape Cod between jobs, to buy a new car. My busy schedule only allowed me a few hours to get through the whole buying process. I was met with only exceptional service, from Sales to the Genius department . The highlight of my buying process was the pleasant attitude and intelligence of employee, Darren, who helped me learn the car from the inside out. I will be getting the most of my X5! !115% Very Happy!!! I recently purchased a certified 2016 2 Series from Joe Martin. The entire experience was low key, no pressure and none of the "what will it take to buy the car today" .Frankly the entire experience was very refreshing as I was dreading the usual car buying antics. Easy Process I was interested in purchasing an X1 and had previously visited this dealership in the past. I email Tim Muldoon inquiring about availability. He promptly responded the next morning through email and a phone call. Within a day I scheduled an appointment to see the X1 I was interested in. Great I first saw my car online and knew it was the perfect one. Unfortunately I live over 100 miles away from the dealership. I contacted the online service and got a phone call right away from Ben Whitney. He told me all about the car I was looking at online. Excellent experience all the way around.
