Shout out to Sofiya, Adil, and Sarah for making a frustrating and stressful week an absolute success! Long story short, my car broke down on a road trip and ended up at BMW Springfield for servicing, Sarah was so kind and helpful. Soifya was very professional and helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Adil was incredible to work with, very professional and transparent- which I really appreciated. I bought a car with Tanner Stephens BMW-x7, I had it ordered 4 months ago because I wanted a certain color and the process was easy, fun and way faster than expected. Tanner was very helpful and used to keep us updated with all the steps along the process. He also helped us trading in a Toyota that we had and saved us a lot of hassle!
Dallas was super helpful and helped me in every way possible although the main finance person seem he didn't help me with my car trade him Dallas made sure we were able to get something to work

We experienced amazing customer service at BMW of Springfield. Logan Johnson was our sales associate and he went above and beyond to get me in my dream car. Shawn was very helpful in teaching us all about the vehicle. Brad the manager was very accommodating in getting us the right price. Overall it was our best car buying experience. I will actually look forward to doing business with them for years to come for our routine maintenance.
