Car buying is always a stressful event, however Elvir made it a more pleasant experience than usual. He's a very easy going and well educated individual who dealt in fact and not hyperbole. We've had dealings with Reliable BMW since 2003 and they've always been a top notch operation. Would recommend them without reservation. Employees like Elvir are truly an asset to BMW of Springfield.

I've had my vehicle here twice for major repairs. These folks are wonderful. I love the automated messaging and appreciate how attentive the staff was to my questions. The work at the end of the day was fantastic. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Scott!

There are several businesses that I take no pleasure in being their duchess - even though I love Reliable BMW - their Collision Center falls into this category. My car has required their services on two separate occasions. Both times, all of the employees were very professional, competent and accommodating. Buyer Beware!!! Bought my 1st BMW, a Certified Pre-Owned X7 with a 1-year unlimited mileage warranty. Turns out not only did they not fix something I was told would be fixed before purchase I do not have a warranty at all! Customer service has been horrible. The person you need to speak to is never available and they do not return your call when they say they will. Don't participate in fraud. We purchased vehicle that was represented as a certified pre-owned vehicle... turns out it was not. These guys are dishonest crooks. Avoid like the plague.

We flew in from out of state to pick up a specific vehicle. The finance guy we completed paperwork with said give it 10-14 days. It would all come in mail (which would include a check). We need these to register and get plates in our home state! Here we are 7 weeks later STILL WAITING on the paperwork. We've called/texted multiple times and have heard different information everytime; Its been sent, it's taking a while for whatever reason or its been sent...to New Jersey! We live in Colorado!!! I was there for 3.5 hours, clearly stated my intentions to lease a vehicle. Staff lied to me saying I was approved for lease, only to come out and say I was approved for finance not lease when that is not why I went. I told them hours prior when I needed to leave by for my kids and they chose to lie to me and let me keep sitting around in hopes I would buy.
