BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE THEY ADDED $4900 TO MY LOAN AND DID NOT PROVIDE THE INFORMATION ON MY LOAN AGREEMENT ALSO My car had issues immediately trying to leave the lot, I've had it 3 weeks and they keep somehow "not having the parts" I've called 13 times with 0 calls back because they added $4900 to my loan and changed the term length by 2 years and told me it was still a 48 month term length, but it's not 72 months. Did not repair car after keeping for 9 months. Collected On warranty and goodwill from dealership who sold me the vehicle who agreed to pay everything warranty didn't cover. After attempting to pick up twice with service light on & car not running well they kept car claiming thousands more in repairs needed after telling dealership who was good willing difference it was fixed. BMW of Springfield installed an aftermarket auto tracker in a vehicle that I purchased, overtime this aftermarket tracker was found by a different BMW dealer and it was suggested replacement of a battery due to a draw on the vehicle. Not knowing what the problem was, I paid the dealer to determine the problem and personally paid for the expensive Removal of the unauthorized part put into the vehicle by BMW of Springfield. will not cover work under warranty went in 4 brake lite on ,left with brake lite on , don't know if brakes safe or NOT, jest talked to service person, still will not repair Z4, so I don't know if brakes are safe

I wish I could give this place zero stars. What a slick, slimy, shifty bunch of pompous jerks. We bought an X3 less than 2 years ago and have nothing but problems with it and the dealership. Each time we needed a repair (headlight out, engine service light on, tire pressure error, display screen malfunctions, and even a thrown piston rod - the dealership is less than enthusiastic about covering the repair. If you are looking for a world class experience buying a luxury car Sadly you won't find it in Springfield , And if you are looking for a helpful staff from top to bottom make sure as of 11 //04/15 that all new employees are in place including the Genius! We made the mistake of buying the gap ins , and the extended warranty and some club of some sort on a preowned 2007 335I . 3 days later we decide to cancel all add ons , so of course I contact the finance dept .
