I had such a great experience with Springfield BMW. The entire team was friendly but our salesman, Corey, was so attentive to us. He had great follow up, wasn't pushy, and worked to make our needs his priority. Springfield BMW chose a great representative of their company when they hired Corey. Hands down, the best BMW service experiences that I ever heard. They did an amazing and professional job in providing the best customer experience. The team members were respectful accommodative on our needs. Would recommend this to anyone looking for good service experience.

I had an exceptional car purchasing experience. Why? Because I had the opportunity to work with Joey Broadbent. He is a really nice guy with an engaging personality that made the purchase a fun event. Given BMW of Springfield's focus on customer service I am sure that all other sales representatives are top-notch. However, in my opinion Joey is the best of the best. Wonderful. Buying a car anywhere else in this city is a waste of your time and money. Seriously, Ask for Joey and live life stress free. I purchased a used car from BMW of Springfield about 6 months ago now, and I could not be more happy with both the car and the service I was given. I had a wonderful car buying experience. Will Rodriguez was extremely helpful! He helped me to find the perfect car that met my needs. I highly recommend him!! I wasn't sure at first what I wanted, but Will is very knowledgeable of the many types of cars that were available and was patient with me until we found the perfect match. The dealership is providing excellent service, making sure I am happy and to answer all questions I have.

Deep down, most people are intimidated with the car buying process, afraid of high pressure sales tactics and are conditioned to tell the salesperson - "I'm just browsing". Listen folks, it doesn't have to be this way. Speak with Client Advisor, Haley McKinney and she will treat you with respect while educating you on the outstanding BMW lineup the dealership has to offer. So put your fears aside, Haley is the bomb!
