Verified Renter Except noisy neighbor above my apartment we enjoy our stay, kids having fun, nice to walk at night around the property, the other issue is the parking, after 9pm it’s very hard to find a spot to park your car

Verified Renter I love love love my apartment! I have a great view of the lake, tons of space and the complex is very quiet. Inside my apartment, no complaints except for the sulfur smell coming from the water in my bathroom sink. Easy fix though. Maintenance is responsive and professional. Only complaint the hallways of the buildings. They really need to be power washed and have the hornets nest and spider webs removed. It would add so much more to the complex. Verified Renter The staff is very nice, respectful, attentive and cooperative, the apartment complex is clean, I always see the staff looking out for the facilities to provide us with a pleasant environment. With nothing else to say, it's excellent.
**BE CAUTIOUS IF YOU ARE GETTING DELIVERABLES FROM FEDEX" in BOARDWALK If you are getting packages from a FedEx carrier, you need to pay attention until it delivers to you. FedEx leaves all the packages in the mailing room. If you order mattresses, and large items that can't fit in your car they don't care, they just leave them in an open area. Don't do it My roommate and I moved in here Dec 2020 and for the first 6 months all was well, unfortunately Bell Partners has completely upended this operation. They have the most ridiculous charges with no explanation and will nickel and dime you at almost every opportunity given. When they switched management they started towing – but your old parking pass was no longer valid and no mention of getting a new pass if you already had one was stated in the email they sent out two days after towing began – so of course when my ... read more
Horrible!! Where do I start? What an absolute disaster the Bell Partners office staff at this community are. Never should've moved in from the get go after the first impression I got from the leasing agent. 1 - Rude leasing agent from the beginning, acting like she was doing us a favor to show us the community and rushed through the process.
