Verified Renter Very bad maintanance. Maintanance people can’t even figure the vents were closed until i told them on the 100th time i told them that AC was not working

Verified Renter I love my unit, I think everything is perfect for us as in the high ceilings, the spacious living room, the fridge, the kitchen, the bathrooms, only thing I would change is having elevators and having bigger closet space. I have a lot of stuff so it gets stuffy in the closet but everything else is perfect for us
Verified Renter I moved in yesterday, my apartment was in a super filthy condition. On-site management is not in a situation to help. This is a basic sense, to handover clean and inspected unit to a new resident. We see poop, pet hair, stinky dishwasher, dusty and smelling room. I recommend not to rent here, if you wish to have peace of mind. I am giving 1 rating as I was unable to find 0 rating.
Verified Renter The best apartments in DFW. Love the location and friendly environment. Maintenance and staff are always helpful and find solutions quickly. Trash service is awesome and time efficient.
