Verified Renter There are not many parking spaces. But it's quiet. Community facilities are good. However, it is necessary to clean the hallway of the apartment. The hallway and stairs are dirty.

Verified Renter I’ve lived here since June 2020. Overall this is a very nice community . However, as of late neighbors have been leaving their trash in the entrance ways. I love the idea of being able to rent the community spaces out however I think the fee is a bit much especially since they are being under utilized. Also, the pool area is my favorite. Though they need to clean the pool furniture and pool itself.
Verified Renter We moved in Feb, this community is lovely. No issues so far. Quick maintenance. A bit issue with parking(no parking is available in late hours) and parking ports are expensive compared to other communities.
