Verified Renter I was told I would get an apartment on 1st floor when I came to see it and got a quote . Luckily I called because I had a question and they wouldn’t pick up. Finally I emailed and they offered me a different department. They told me the day of when I followed up. It’s really annoying . They never answer phones and phones get directed to useless centralized office somewhere offshore.
Verified Renter Good experience. Apartments are modern and beautiful. I haven’t had any issues so far. It is a safe place to walk, have pets, etc. There are issues with parking as people like to park in visitors spots. So if you get home late it is very likely you’ll have to park in the street

Verified Renter I just recently moved in and it has been a great experience so far. The front office has been extremely helpful in supplying me with everything that I need quickly. The area around my room is quiet and there hasn't been any noise complaints even through the weekend. My room itself is perfect and I can see myself living here for at least a few years. I love it here.
