Verified Renter Boardwalk at Mercer Crossing is by far the best apartment community we've ever stayed in. The staff are so helpful and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance issues.
Verified Renter I love my unit, I think everything is perfect for us as in the high ceilings, the spacious living room, the fridge, the kitchen, the bathrooms, only thing I would change is having elevators and having bigger closet space. I have a lot of stuff so it gets stuffy in the closet but everything else is perfect for us
Verified Renter I moved in yesterday, my apartment was in a super filthy condition. On-site management is not in a situation to help. This is a basic sense, to handover clean and inspected unit to a new resident. We see poop, pet hair, stinky dishwasher, dusty and smelling room. I recommend not to rent here, if you wish to have peace of mind. I am giving 1 rating as I was unable to find 0 rating.

Verified Renter The community is calm and quiet. The new staff is kind. I love the quick access to the highway and the gas station. I love that we have two gyms and the clubhouse is nice.

Verified Renter I was told I would get an apartment on 1st floor when I came to see it and got a quote . Luckily I called because I had a question and they wouldn’t pick up. Finally I emailed and they offered me a different department. They told me the day of when I followed up. It’s really annoying . They never answer phones and phones get directed to useless centralized office somewhere offshore.
