I have worked with several different lenders prior to meeting Bob. He came highly recommended and it was instantly easy to see why. Bob makes you his top priority, and is easily accessible by email, phone or text. I had asked him for a preapproval letter one Saturday morning and he sent it to me within 10 minutes! Going through the buying process always a challenge. I had several conversations with Bob on the phone. He said let’s meet in person so we can discuss some things. I live about 45 miles away from his office so we met halfway. Right away had a good feeling about this process. What makes Bob fantastic is is follow-through. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had.
