I have worked with several different lenders prior to meeting Bob. He came highly recommended and it was instantly easy to see why. It's been a long time since I have gone through the mortgage process and as they say "This is not your father's mortgage". Bob worked with me every step of the way, providing clear instructions, help with technology and much needed emotional support. His team brought my mortgage in at the requested 7 week mark, despite having multiple moving parts. Bob is extremely knowledgable on the home buying process through and through! He is kind and understanding to everyone's situation. No matter what question we had, he was very open to answering to the fullest, until we properly understood every detail! Bob is extremely good at what he does. He was tasked with our special circumstances and didn't bat an eye. He kept up with everything as it happened and kept us informed. Never missed a deadline and we never had a concern that something would get away from him. Not to mention he got us a great rate!
