Went to this dealership for a new 4Runner. Paid the price the salesman Sawyer martin and the finance manager Austin Williams assured me was the full price. Nothing more. Have lots of texts and emails to back this up. I took it back to Louisiana and when I picked up the title and tag I was charged another 2k.! "I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Toyota dealership. I waited for over three months for the vehicle to arrive, and when it finally did, I completed all the necessary paperwork and paid for the vehicle. However, just before the scheduled pick-up, the dealership unexpectedly canceled the deal without providing any explanation. I bought a new Venza in Dec 2022 the salesman didn’t tell me I only got one key with a new vehicle if he had of told me I only would get one key I would have not bought a new car and I still don’t have a key yet Toyota told me I could buy a new key at your dealerships but I would have to pay for it I call your dealership couldn’t get a price on a new key. Toyota has not sent me a receipt to get a new key from your dealership at no cost. What do I need to do to get a key

I have had my vehicle for a a little over a month. we cannot get the dealership to give us another temp tag and they have yet to mail our registration in the mail so that we can get our own tag. we have called management now for two weeks with zero call backs. We bought the vehicle and the axel was bent so we had to return it to get the part replaced and a tire that was gashed that they replaced. My truck has been at Bob Tyler for 2 days and I have received almost no correspondence. I have called and left 2 messages with no return call. The perception that they have given me is that customer service is not their priority. This vehicle is a 2022 and I feel that someone should at least return a phone call to update me as to the findings and/or expectations of what comes next.

gave them a deposit for 1k for a car 30 days out. Called back 2 days later to cancel. They refuse to refund my deposit and refuse to call me back. I canceled my car because the same 4 runner at eastern shore was 7k less.

Sneaky practices. Avoid this place. They sneak in dealer mark ups on their vehicles. Sales associates are snakes as well.

If I could give negative stars I would! My wife had a problem with her tpms in a brand new Toyota rav 4 limited, which we haven’t even put 9000 miles on, and we are highly upset with how it was handled. They claim to have performed a diagnostic on the car and the paperwork shows recalibrated the tpms. Bambi was my wife’s service advisor so I go to see her when I get off work.
