We were seated 20-25 minutes after our reservation time. When we finally got a table it was outside instead of inside as requested. Then, my burger came out RAW instead of medium. Our server was great though.
Service was poor, didn’t seem to care that wine glass had something stuck to it, obviously did not check glasses before presenting bottle of wine, Food was cold and server didn’t check back often enough to know, could have been overwhelmed but place was cleared out by the time we received entrees. For the price it wasn’t great...mediocre isn’t what I expect from a park ave restaurant, we tried a new place , wasn’t a complete disappointment, still not enough to bring us back for a second try.
Slowest and least attentive service ever (this has happened more than once) Cold food (should have been hot) Despite the interesting menu and great location, my last 3 visits have been disappointing. There are many fabulous restaurants in Winter Park, this is not one of them... it used to be.
Service was atrocious. I ordered a salad. Came out wrong 2x. I left
The catch of the day was badly prepared (dried out) and redicously overpriced. The Chef‘s special was good but still not worth the money.

The food is usually tasty but we had another poor experience. We have been here several times. Each time we run into a preventable problem with either quality or service or both. When they first opened, it was much better. Each time we’ve been in the past 12 months we’ve had problems. They are always very nice and they seem willing to correct or promise a better experience next time but we still have problems. And the problems are different every time. With so many choices in the area, this would be at the bottom of the list. When asked if we would like an appetizer or just bread for the table, we said bread. $10 for 5 very small baguette slices! Second round of drinks included one that was half full. No soap in the men's bathroom (how do the people in the kitchen wash their hands). A very discreet apology to one person at the table for the half drink. Wow, not going here again!
It was awful food sorry. The ramen was disgusting. Waiter was nice tho
