The hostess and the bartender were great. We should have stayed at the bar. Our waiter was terrible. Ordered a bottle of wine and after 15 or so minutes, he came back to tell us they didn’t have it. He basically is bored us for the entire night. We are our appetizer that finally got there and drank a glass of wine but skipped dinner since it wasn’t going to get any better, service-wise. To start off my girlfriend and I made reservations for 845 pm. We were seated at a high top table that was prob no bigger than a 32 inch tv. We then found out for Valentines Day they have a limited menu for special occasions like that one. There was a choice of only 6 or 7 entrees. Let's say six because they didn't have the fish that one of the entres offered. None of the entrees looked that appetizing and were highly over priced. The service was quite slow to start- took forever to even put in a drink order let alone food. The white wine we ordered wasn’t very cold and when we finally got our food and were done and asked for the check, he charged us for someone else’s table. The manager did come out and apologized and corrected with comping out food...but it was frustrating.
Oh boy where to begin...my seared Yellowfin ‘Ahi’ Tuna dish arrived WELL DONE. Ugh. The runner seeing my face looked at the fish and said that is not supposed to look like that. They scooped it up and it took a long time to get it back despite the managers reassurances it was just two minutes away. Service and pace for which kitchen produced the food and drink orders was horrible.
My wife & I have been to this location a few times & loved it. This time we went to celebrate our anniversary and we made a reservation. Even though we put that in the reservation, along with a request for a booth, no one recognized it. They gave us a booth as requested. The server was so busy & it took 10 minutes for him to get to us. We sat there with out even water. I asked them to swap a side of corn for a salad to go with my meatloaf and Brussels sprouts- they brought me meatloaf on top of a Caesar salad with no sprouts. ☹️ was so disappointed.
My family and I came here for Christmas Eve dinner. We were pretty disappointed. The waiter was nice but not very attentive. He didn’t give each person the correct food and forgot a meal entirely. There was no apology or accommodation for the missing meal. The food portions were small and not worth the price tag. We were all still hungry afterwards. We go out to eat every year on Christmas Eve and this was experience was a letdown.
