Slow service, too loud music, crowded tables, so much so, that loud patrons at table next to us became annoying. IKEA and Pier zone labels on bottom of dishes and clearly did not go through a wash cycle as labels were new. Manager very pleasant but on second try, not much improved.
Service was terrible! Not great options if you are a vegetarian, unless you like salads
We walked in and informed we had a reservation, we were sat at a high top table in the bar. The restaurant had only two people in the whole place. After asking to be moved because of my friends physical limitations, the hostess put us right by the front door where it was cold from the wind coming in, and there was a box right next to the table with dirty dishes and half empty water bottles. My girlfriend and I visited Boca on Saturday for an early dinner. We made our reservations online but arrives in the area earlier than expected. The hostess was glad to seat us before our reservation. We opted to sit outside and enjoy the weather. I am vegan, and there are no items declared vegan on the menu. Door to outside was locked so people constantly trying to get in or out. Had to request sign by Mgr to inform people iof locked door.
Completely over Boca. Disappointing because my husband and I used to go to the original Tampa location when we lived there. The Winter Park one is worse each time. I won't be going back. Service is lack luster at best and the host/hostess is always unfriendly. I really tried to support this restaurant but it's not worth the aggravation.
Food was good. The service was slow.
Food order didn't appear for an hour Manager was unfit to manage a restraunt in my opinion Probably won't return Overpriced as well
We came here for a special family night out prior to Christmas church services. Having been here a few times before for a fun girls night out I was eager to dine again with family. Upon arrival, despite booking our appt weeks earlier, we were told the back dining room was full. And we were seated in the bar area.
