The location and outdoor dinning was nice. The service was friendly. The food was bland and overpriced. The apetizers and main entree portions were very small. With so many more options in the area I would never return to Boca.
Third time visiting Boca for brunch. First two times everything was good, food and service. Third time was not the charm. Food took nearly an hour to arrive which when it did, it was ice cold. One dish included hair in the food. Manager apologized for delay and comped the meal with hair. They were not that busy so I don't know what the problem was. Not inclined to go back.
Our server Rick rushed us and was rude . It was a special occasion for us and he ruined it !
This was a horrible dining experience. The food was below sub par. The pancakes came out tiny and uncooked, with a wet topping. There are NO wheat bread options, only white bread. The chips were oily. We are frequent diners at Boca in Tampa and this was the worst experience ever. Christof our server was great, but they need to hire a new cook or new recipes.
Everything was fair until the waiter spilled a hamburger on my long sleeve shirt, which was an accident, while he apologized and brought Soda water and a napkin. The manager apologized, but that was it..... no offer to pay for cleaning shirt or any comp on check, not the best customer service in that environment! Most likely will not go back!
Had requested in the reservation a non-high top table - had none - gave us a cramped high top. Said we had to wait. Hostess did not really care about request or response - too busy. Went to another restaurant. Question is - why have the option in reservation?
Way too loud. Freezer burnt meats. Avoid this place till they can get their act together like the Tampa location
It took a very long time to get seated with our reservation and we needed to sit outside because we had our dog. Once an outside seat opened up, it sat empty for 10 minutes before I had to ask if we could sit there. Once they started to clear the table, it took another 10 minutes before anyone came to seat us so I had to ask again. Good food and the waiter was great. Service was slow and had to get a server to get beverages and discuss the menu. The server did not know the beers--when told did not want an IPA, he brought an IPA and said this would be a good choice. Expect better service from an establishment.
