Absolutely superb, from the food which was simply perfectly prepared. Service, attentive and knowledgeable and in no way annoying. The atmosphere was fantastic. Dessert....OMG....wow! a wonderful dining experience.
Nice ambiance, my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. The food was excellent, the waiter was very professional and polite. The staff was professional and firm. We were standing behind a group that was not in compliance with the dress code. The maitre'd politely informed them of the code. A member of the group tried to challenge him. He pointed at the code and offered them a table on the balcony. I look forward to the next opportunity fo dine there again.
Very nice establishment. The waiters were very decent to include the management staff. They made a mistake with food request. But made good for the mistake.
The food was very good, but prices were too high for National Harbor...more New York prices. Our table faced into a private dining area which had a glass French doors. There was a power point presentation on drugs for AIDS being presented to a group of about 25 people. There wasn't any other place to look except into this room. There should have been a curtain or a solid door both to give the group some privacy as well as to keep us from being part of the presentation. Excellent ambiance. The service was great. The food was exquisite.
The food, particularly the steak was awesome. However, the service considering the price tag was distinctly unprofessional and very disappointing. I will not returning to Bond 45.
When we heard this was a NY-based Italian steakhouse, we were very anxious to try. This being our anniversary, great for special occasion. Although the food was very good (and we loved the popovers), the prices were not. This isn't NY and the prices equate to that area. Very overpriced and as a result -- not something we would go back to. Capital Grille does not even charge these prices and their steaks, seafood are just as good.
I loved it. Great food but the service could have been a little better. However, I do understand that they were recovering from a power outage but I think more could have been done on the waitress part. Great overall experience. Need better selection of non-alcoholic beverages.
The filet with scampi was incredible! Great setting and they walk around with fresh baked chocolate chip cookies after dinner. Absolutely worth the trip.
