Not kid friendly at all!!! I was very disappointed.
Price is much too high for what you get. Portions are small and service is terrible. We even had to flag down a waiter for water in the beginning. The waiters are unprofessional and act like 30+ year old frat boys. Don't trust yelp reviews, because they're all written by tourists. Much better food downtown for better prices.
Very small portions. Very expensive. As a native new yorkee I am shocked this place is still in business! Very disappointed!
Long grain rice is their idea of tasteless risotto. For ore-theater service was slow. And the whole reason I went was for the pizza ( which they done serve btw 5-8pm?
It took 20 minutes to order and 35 minutes to serve the food. My client had to take her lunch to-go. The staff were friendly but oblivious. It did not even seem like a crazy busy lunch time.
I have eaten here one other time and it was a good experience - good service, good food, etc. However, this time - I was with 7 of my co-workers and it was terrible. Long story short - we sat down at 12:15p and received our food at 1:20p. It should have been a sign when the server did not take our food order until we had been sitting for 20 mins. $16 for a glass of white wine is out of control
Food was good. Wine was good. VERY NOISY. We were a group of 12 and it was difficult to talk. Also seated at a long table which was not conducive to our goal of socializing. It was also VERY WARM in the restaurant and even the staff was commenting that they are unable to control the heat.
Very over-priced, even for Times Square! Our server was attentive, but got our orders wrong and did not correct the problem. The food was good, but I expected more for the money. Very impersonal experience-this place is about turing tables. The buser tried to take our plates away 3 times without asking if we were done!
