Josephine "Topaz Building" *update- second review complaining about FLOODING ISSUES Short story: Had to get a lawyer and call the Denver environmental health department due to long-term flooding in the unit, trash, maintenance problems, complete lack of communication, punctuality and respect. No responses to emails or phone calls. Very overpriced rent. Bugs in the buildings. These people don't care about their tenants at all, I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. It's easy to find a better quality cheaper place to live around Denver. I wish I would have looked around a bit more before signing my lease.
