i want to add onto my previous review and reinstate how HORRIBLE this company is. They continually charge you fee's for reasons that they claim are valid. No one is understanding or helpful in their accounting department. All they care about is getting more and more money out of you. Tried to contact the leasing office multiple times to ask a few questions about a property. Getting the office person Travis to give me more than a 1 sentence answer was impossible. Really Zero Stars. This is a review of the Boutique Staff. I'll post a separate review of the apartment on it's page. 16 months and I can't wait to leave. My biggest issue is their total lack of follow up. They are not proactive, difficult to reach & as a rule fail to return calls. Let me site examples. When I first moved in there was an issue with my garbage disposal, which I had to follow up several time before I finally got an answer. I am utterly disgusted with this apartment company. All they care about is getting your money. The leasing department is far from accommodating. The only way they communicate is through email. Last month, I had accidentally clicked the button to pay my rent twice and it went through. This was on a Sunday and I emailed and called multiple times to explain the situation. Unfortunately every bank processes transactions at different speeds and we do not have any control of when the payment will go through. The only way to stop payment is to contact the bank. Overpriced apartments. Ridiculous fees. Staff is very disorganized, condescending and unprofessional. Staff is not quick to respond to questions or concerns nor do they seem to care. Lived in a pet friendly apartment and the poop mess was unbearable. The outside common areas were smelly and consistently covered in dog poop. Lived in the Metropolis with my girlfriend when we first moved to Denver. Throughout our time there it was obvious that the management was very disorganized. There was a leasing office on the first floor of our building for some time while we were living there so we could go and get face time with someone, which was nice. However, once they moved their offices and we had to communicate with them via phone and email, everything fell apart. If zero stars were an option I would have picked that. Maintenance requests are handled so poorly in terms of quality and timliness. Things are falling apart, sewage water is backing up into my kitchen sink and the security to my front door is a joke and several people have broken in. All of this has been reported and ignored by the ENTIRE company. By far the worst place I have ever rented from. Look at the other ratings and demand more for your living, in the future I will as well.

When I first moved in, there was an older gentlemen who took care of the grounds once per week. I would give negative stars if it were an option. I have been a resident of Wheelhouse/Boutique Apartments for about 14 months. From the beginning I have had problems with them. At times I have had to go to the owner to get any one to take notice and act.
