Nickle and dime New owners with no notice on hidden fees - lack of communication, no one to answer phone calls and disrespect to the residents that live there If you can find another place, you'll save yourself on overpriced apartments and false customer service

Dont bother with this company. They never call you back or return your e-mails. I have called them about multiple listings and have gotten nothing in return. Apparently everyone else is more important then you are. Or they are just crappy at their job.

The WORST property management group in Denver! Stay away and don't waste your money, these people are imbeciles. Not only are they over charged but they don't respond when you try to reach the main office and will not work with their tenants on anything. I could go on and on with the negative feedback but it's not worth my time and neither is Boutique Apartments, the reviews before mine state it perfectly. Give your money to someone that deserves it, B.A. is a joke.

I live at The Detroit. My neighbors are great. I have a phenomenal view & vaulted ceilings; and well that is about all I can say nice about this place. Boutique claims to be this luxurious and high end place but the remodel of this location & management fell very very short. The appliances are cheap. The dishwasher takes almost 2 hours to cycle. The AC/Heat wall unit blows cold when you need hot. Blows hot when you need cold. It only gives you what you want about ever 3-4 times it kicks on. It completely broke down ... read more

I live at the Works. Thin ceilings, overall cheaply built, unresponsive management, over priced. I will never move in to a Boutique Apartment again. I have actually begun to enjoy leaving the house to go to work, and I dread coming home. I would break the lease sooner if I didn't morally object to giving this company any more money than I've agreed upon.

I feel confident in writing this review after calling a Boutique Apartment my home for the past year. I also feel confident in saying that I am very glad to be moving somewhere else. For the size and quality of apartment, my unit is incredibly overpriced. The walls are paper thin and as I sit her typing I am listening to multiple dogs barking all around me. Once upon a time Boutique Apts was a young and fun crew. Mixers and early morning coffee and bagels were something we could all look forward to here at the Logan. Things changed and I can't lie I'm disappointed with you Boutique. And I'm especially unhappy with the way things were when you managed the Logan. I'm at the 1967 S. Josephine "Topaz Building" *update- second review complaining about FLOODING ISSUES Short story: Had to get a lawyer and call the Denver environmental health department due to long-term flooding in the unit, trash, maintenance problems, complete lack of communication, punctuality and respect. No responses to emails or phone calls. Very overpriced rent. Bugs in the buildings. These people don't care about their tenants at all, I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. It's easy to find a better quality cheaper place to live around Denver. I wish I would have looked around a bit more before signing my lease.
