Brad explained every step in detail, but also in layman's terms. He got me a great deal on the loan that fit my needs and kept me up to date as each step progressed. The same applies to his staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They took a lot of stress out of the process.

The communication was great and Katie and Brad answered all my questions very quickly. When we first started with Brad, he spoke to us on a Saturday afternoon, which is amazing because he took time out of his weekend to get the process started for us. The documents were delivered to the title company a few days prior to closing so that there was no chaos on our closing day. Great experience!!
