Staff is very friendly and helped and guided us through the process. Always was encouraged and had support. When closing date arrive, Brad was there to answer questions(Spanish). I can truly see the commitment these people have to help others and make dreams come true. We are truly grateful.

The communication was great and Katie and Brad answered all my questions very quickly. When we first started with Brad, he spoke to us on a Saturday afternoon, which is amazing because he took time out of his weekend to get the process started for us. The documents were delivered to the title company a few days prior to closing so that there was no chaos on our closing day. Great experience!!

Communication with me was suboptimal. I was not looped in or updated unless I asked questions. Left voicemails and didn’t get a call back. My client hasn’t complained to me so that’s good news! I’m just used to working with lenders who are much more communicative and responsive.

Communication between each team member could have been better. Also, let each of the individuals know that they must fill out a password and set the portal. Can not combine on one person's portal.

There was a slight delay in communication. We were told several times, "We will get back to you later today with an update"... But did not receive a call/text/email time 1-3 days later. I am sure you know that this is a very stressful process for clients and that buttoned up communication would have helped the process. Overall, We appreciated the automatic updates through the software when the "next step" was completed and verified.
