There was so much lack of communication. There were requests from different people to submitt forms that we had already submitted and no one was not on the same page. I believe in general, that communication is needed!!

Our contact Tiffany kept good communication with us through the entire process. If I can be critical about one step that was indeed below par, it would be the final signing of the documents in person with the notary. That was painful to say the least. In the future, I would require one if your staff to be present during this final step. The notary is not an expert in closing docs. So when we had questions about the final documents, the notary was no help. You need to have your staff there.

There was no communication AT ALL!! The deal was falling apart and rather than discuss with anyone the issue you just let everyone play the guessing game. Closing was extended multiple times. I would send an email and either not get a response or would get.... I’ll update you later the next day and then never update. If I ever get an offer with a ore quality from this team I would highly recommend to the seller to not take it. Worst lender I have ever worked with.

Things went really well in the beginning however the last two weeks were extremely stressful. Demands were made knowing that I was traveling cross country. Once I had access to a secure VPN, I submitted the forms. Closing looked like it might be delayed and Brad threw me under the bus. Everyone has bad hair days but you don’t blame the customer when I had offered the documents earlier and was told no.

Timely and honest communication. The staff needed to be more careful. I should not have to worry about funding the loan after signing closing documents and giving the down payment amount.
