Tiffany was not helpful whatsoever. She had no idea what I needed for the underwriters. She kept harping on bank statements from the gift donors saying we absolutely needed them yet when the loan went to underwriting, it was approved without the bank statement from one donor. She told me only family could donate yet again the underwriters approved a friend’s donation. She was not good at returning calls or calling back when she said she would. We had plenty of time for the buyer's loan to process. I've been a R.E. Broker for many years. This is the first time ever a loan did not fund on day of closing and no one was aware of it until very late in the day. It apparently did not close until yesterday (at least I hope it funded!) I wasn't notified yet! Very poor service.

The communication initially from Brad regarding the ability of the buyers to purchase was great but as the process after the foundation repair work required by the lender as part of the appraisal was completed - the communication to me as the listing agent was much slower and by email rather than a phone call updating me so I could properly share status with the Sellers. better communication I got charged 5k because of the delay on my loan and I never get any response from you. Low response to my emails, my case changed 2 times from FHA to conventional. the only person who respond on time and matter was Bard Boswell

Comedy of errors. False close dates. False CTCs. False updates. Errors with the wire. Oh, AND WE STILL HAVEN'T FUNDED ON A TRANSACTION THAT MY CLIENTS SUGNED DOCS FOR A WEEK AGO!! Pretty ridiculous. I sure hope I don't run in to you again because it will be hard pressed for me to convince a seller that I have ANY faith in y'all. Oh ya, and Mr. Boswell even went ahead and told his client's Realtor that we had closed and funded yesterday, BUT WE STILL HAVEN'T. You made that Realtor look bad
