The only person who seems to care about getting anything done is Mr. Boswell himself. I am very happy with the way Brad handled everything, his team not so much.

Brad was very clear and helpful however support staff response time was very slow. Ex: we had to ask multiple times right before closing for documents to be corrected and for help on getting funding guaranteed even though we had already sent the funds to the bank. This would be an issue for next time.

Initially I recieved a call from Brad regarding the Buyer's Excellent Prequalification completion which I appreciated. From then on I recieved no updates on the process of the loan progression unless I initiated the requests. Title Co Requests for closing virtually had zero response virtually no communication, and I again had to reach out for answers to get this transaction closed multiple times. I'm not sure Brad and team understands the importance of communications and contract deadlines....

The closing was delayed. Brad did not inform on time Brad is not a man of his word. He committed to cover certain expenses due to delay and then denied after closing. NOT a reliable LENDER to work with.

It went smoothly but I did not like being forced to take that on line course at all!!! Other than that it was as good as it could be. It is a tough thing to go through but you guys did as much as you could to ease the pain. I did have a hard time with your app and I am a computer programmer so that is not good. It is not very user friendly.

Worse experience I have ever had with a lender. No communication didn't close on time. No onne seemed to know what the other was doing.

Elizabeth was condescending toward me. Some emails went unanswered and when I wanted information regarding down payment she could did not refer me to the lender but gave me various figures that she thought it may be and told me she hoped that helped. I felt left in the dark. I admit some of my questions were dumb but she could have been more graceful. I have two more houses to buy and I will not be doing it through her.
