Brady worked so hard for us, so we didn't have to. These were the easiest loans we have ever done. We got the best rates, and it was a pleasure working with such a professional. We haverecommended Brady to several of our friends, and would not hesitate recommending him to anyone.
I have worked with Brady on deals and appreciate his straight forwardness, he is always prompt and actually takes his phone calls or returns them quickly. I have used him when other Loan Originators have failed and now he is my first choice... Brady did my own personal deal, so I trust him 100%.
Just said that we don't qualify, need to sell our house in order to buy in Hawaii. I would have liked for him to have at least suggested WHAT we could have qualified for, (even it was a rock), or suggested WHAT we would NEED to do to qualify, instead of CAN"T qualify and with a sort of NON ALOHA spirit of - sell your house, good -bye....
