Brady was such a big help to us during escrow. He was always available throughout the process to answer any questions and had many suggestions on different ways we could save money. In the end, we ran into a big issue and Brady was ble to resolve the issue and helped us out financially in a HUGE way. Not only did he help us financially, he made a contribution to a charity that I love in my name as a thank you.
Great to work with. Would definitely work with again. Made everythign clear. Bought three houses and this was by far the best experience. Brady was amazingly helpful. Being that Axia doesn't work for a bank on Oahu, it makes for an efficient closing. He and his crew kept me on track with what documents I needed to provide them and when. We had everything prepared a week and a half ahead of recording. I had a very difficult loan due to an LLC requirement and a 1031 exchange. Brady and his colleagues provided unbelievable expertise and consistent follow-thru throughout our transaction. All issues that came up were handled quickly and competently. I deal with numerous lenders and real estate professionals in my business and with my properties on a regular basis and I have not worked with any person or company that I have had a better experience with than Brady and Axia. Brady is the Magic man! Our loan was much more complicated then any other loan I've done in the past. Definitely not low hanging fruit.
