Although Brady may speak in terms over a layperson's head, this just proves that he is very intelligent about what he does. He will find another way to explain things to a person when you ask him what anything means. He is very prompt and goes above and beyond in his service...even when the person he is dealing with is not local.

I loved Brady's positive outlook on everything to do with our loan and house buying. He was quick to take all of our financial information and assess it to determine creative ways in which to buy the house we were looking at. I appreciated that he did a quick check with the underwriters to see if we would actually qualify for a loan before we entered into the loan process itself. Brady is a wonderful guy to have in you'r corner,we bought a condo in Kihei,Maui and he was wonderful in reassuring us through the whole process,it can be quite daunting buying while living in Alaska,and not being physcially in Maui--he made the process easy to understand and was very optimistic the whole time---always there whenever we needed a simple question answered---even while he was trying to have his own vacation.We would highly reccomend him to anyone needing a helping hand R,R,P

Brady and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Giving us tremendous service. Helping us complete the process all the way to close. An example of their extraordinary service is on the day we were to close we didn't have our insurance binder yet. They helped get that all set up and completed in less than an hour and the close went on as planned.

Brady was great to work with. Responsive from the very start of our conversations. always able to answer my questions, and worked hard on my application - as it was complicated but he made sure that nothing was missed and was able to approve me for a loan. I'd recommend Brady to anyone looking for financing in Hawaii, especially for condotels! Thanks again Brady for making the process somewhat painless.
